How do I redeem my e-prescription here?

Digital redemption with e-prescription printout: If you have a printout of your e-prescription, you can easily redeem the QR codes displayed on it digitally – either through our website or using our app. Alternatively, you also have the option to upload a photo of the printout. Simply go to the "Redeem prescription" section and follow the instructions step by step. Redeeming by mail: Would you prefer to send the printout by mail? That is also possible without any issues.

Can I order additional items?

Yes, you can order additional over-the-counter items from our range at any time. Simply add the desired products to your cart and complete your order online as usual.

What are the advantages of the e-prescription?

The e-prescription provides noticeable relief for patients in everyday life: with digital use, unnecessary trips can be eliminated – for example, to pick up follow-up prescriptions at the doctor's office or for personal submission at the pharmacy. Those who order medications through an online pharmacy no longer need to send a paper prescription. Furthermore, the e-prescription strengthens medical care by facilitating the use of telemedicine and digital medical practices. At the same time, it improves communication between medical practices and pharmacies, as information can be transmitted more quickly and securely.

Who issues e-prescriptions?

E-prescriptions are issued by your treating physician – just like traditional prescriptions. Dentists, psychotherapists, or online medical practices may also issue e-prescriptions if they are connected to the digital health infrastructure. After issuance, you can easily redeem your e-prescription with us – digitally via our website, app, or by printout.

How long is my prescription valid?

Statutory prescription (pink prescription): 28 days from the date of issue – after that no billing through health insurance is possible. Private prescription (blue prescription): Generally valid for 3 months – unless otherwise noted by the doctor.

Do you also send to different delivery addresses?

Can I send my prescription to a different delivery address? Prescription medications are only shipped and handed over to the person named on the prescription. Delivery to other persons or different recipients is not possible. Thank you for your understanding.
